1. Stable Magnetic Performance
Adopts high remanence and high coercivity magnetic materials. The demagnetization rate is less than 5% within 8 years, ensuring a long-term stable separation effect.
2. Safe & Durable Structure
Equipped with a professional magnetic isolation design, which prevents the magnetic field from affecting the main shaft and protects bearings effectively. The magnetic group is firmly fixed without falling off.
3. 处理能力大
Optimized tank body design adapts to 0- 6 mm coarse ore and fine ore. No material deposition during operation, realizing high throughput and efficient tailings recovery.
4. 维护方便 & Cleaning
Built-in sludge discharge devices on both sides of the tank. Internal sediment can be cleaned quickly, reducing downtime and daily maintenance costs.
工作原理
CTS magnetic separators separate minerals based on their magnetic differences. The specific process is as follows:
1. Pulp Intake: The slurry enters the magnetic field zone below the cylinder directly from the top of the tank through the feed box.
2. Magnetic Adsorption: Under the influence of a strong magnetic field, magnetic minerals (such as magnetite) are adsorbed onto the surface of the rotating cylinder.
3. Cylinder Rotation: Magnetic minerals rotate with the cylinder, while non-magnetic minerals are discharged from the gap in the bottom plate below the cylinder, becoming tailings.
4. Concentrate Discharge: When magnetic minerals rotate to a weak magnetic field zone, they detach from the cylinder surface under the action of flushing water and enter the concentrate tank.
5. Continuous Operation: The entire process allows for continuous feeding and discharging, suitable for large-scale production.
Due to the co-current structure, the slurry flow direction is consistent with the magnetic mineral movement direction, resulting in smooth material flow and a large processing capacity. However, the concentrate grade is relatively lower than that of a semi-countercurrent (CTB) magnetic separator.
产品结构
The CTS series magnetic separator mainly consists of the following six parts:
Cylinder: Constructed from 2–3mm thick stainless steel sheet, welded together, with a wear-resistant rubber layer (approximately 4mm thick) covering the surface, providing a service life of 2–3 years.
Magnetic System: Utilizes a composite of ferrite or neodymium iron boron rare earth permanent magnet materials, installed in an open configuration inside the cylinder, with a magnetic field strength ranging from 100–600 mT (1000–6000 Gauss).
坦克 (Bottom Box): A co-current structure; the working area is made of stainless steel and equipped with a water spray pipe to regulate slurry concentration.
传动装置: A motor drives the cylinder to rotate via a reducer, with a speed typically 10–40 r/min, adjustable.
Support and Frame: Supports the entire machine structure, mostly welded from carbon steel, ensuring stability and durability.
Magnetic System Adjustment Mechanism: The magnetic declination angle (generally 5°–25°) can be adjusted via cranks and pull rods to accommodate different ore properties.
