1. Compact Structure & Low Investment

Integrates crushing, drying, molienda, classifying, and conveying. It occupies only 50% of the space of a ball mill system and can be installed outdoors, effectively cutting overall investment cost.

2. Low Wear & Long Service Life

The grinding roller and disc keep non-contact operation. Key parts are made of high-quality materials, featuring slight abrasion and longer service lifespan.

3. Powerful Drying Capacity

Hot air directly contacts materials inside the mill. Adjustable hot air temperature meets grinding demands of raw materials with different moisture content.

4. Control inteligente & High Purity Output

Equipped with an expert automatic control system, supporting local and remote easy operation to save labor. Fewer iron impurities remain in finished powder, ensuring high whiteness and purity.

Principio de funcionamiento

 

Raw materials fall into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. Under centrifugal force, materials move outward to the grinding roller area and are squeezed, ground, and crushed between the grinding roller and disc.

Hot air enters the mill from the air inlet, fully contacts the ground materials to finish drying. Qualified fine powder is blown upward by airflow and classified by the classifier, then collected as finished products.

Oversized coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit circulating grinding process.

1.Grinding Roller

Core grinding parts; squeeze and grind materials between roller and table.

2.Grinding Table (Millstone)

Supports material bed; rotates to feed materials to rollers via centrifugal force.

3.Separator (Classifier)

Separates fine powder (finished product) from coarse particles (return for re-grinding).

4.Hydraulic Loading System

Provides grinding pressure (10–30 MPa) to rollers; adjustable for different materials.

5.Drive System

Drives grinding table rotation; supports heavy loads.

6.Mill Housing & Frame

Encloses grinding zone; supports all internal parts; maintains negative pressure to prevent dust leakage.

7.Air System

Delivers hot air for drying materials; transports fine powder to separator.

8.Lubrication & Control System

Lubricates bearings (roller, reductor); monitors temperature, vibration, pressure for safe operation.
