Located in Western Australia, this large-scale open-pit mining project processes high-hardness iron ore with high mineral density. Facing dry, dusty, high-temperature, and harsh mining conditions, the client pursued high-capacity and heavy-duty crushing equipment to achieve 24-hour continuous bulk mineral processing.

Vibrating feeding machine + heavy-duty jaw crusher + multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher + circular vibrating screen + belt conveyor + centralized intelligent control system.

This production line is designed for large output with hourly capacity reaching 450 tons. The cone crusher adopts a reinforced heavy-duty frame with excellent dust and corrosion resistance. It stably crushes high-density hard ore with precise hydraulic particle size control. The entire line supports long-term uninterrupted operation and provides well-graded qualified granular materials for downstream mineral separation.
