Customer Case Details

The raw materials are uniformly fed into a jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder. The crushed material is then transported by conveyor belt to the secondary crushing equipment. For medium-hardness materials, an impact crusher is used to shape the stone, producing high-quality cubic aggregates; for high-hardness materials, a cone crusher is recommended to ensure equipment durability. Finally, the materials are classified by a vibrating screen, producing finished products of various specifications, such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm.
