All outsourced supporting products shall comply with the original manufacturer's service policy to safeguard the rights and interests of the demand side.
The product is accompanied by a certificate of inspection and a user manual to ensure that users can correctly install and use our company's products. Please design, install, use, and maintain the product in accordance with the product manual and other safety instructions.
Our company guarantees that all products leaving the factory are produced and inspected according to standards. Unqualified products will never leave the factory. Within the specified time from the date of shipment, if the buyer can confirm that the product is installed and used correctly according to our company's recommended methods; If it can be confirmed that the product itself has design, material or processing defects, and a written application is submitted to our company, we will conduct on-site maintenance, recall for repair, replacement, etc
Users have raised quality objections to our company's products, and the company guarantees to provide a solution upon receiving the objections. If on-site solutions are required, ensure that professional technical service personnel are dispatched and that service personnel do not evacuate until quality issues are resolved.
Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any labor, materials, equipment, engineering, or other related associated costs resulting from the repair or replacement of defective products.
