Quality is the cornerstone of a company's survival and development. Shanghai Bebon consistently explores paths to high-quality service, placing the user at the center, continuously improving and innovating to provide superior services and products. We have established a comprehensive quality management system, striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Dedicated Personnel
Shanghai Bebon has established a Quality Management Department with dedicated personnel responsible for organizing quality inspections and tests. The head of quality management conducts weekly inspections to proactively address potential issues at inspection nodes, ensuring strict adherence to laws, regulations, and standards across all stages, and promoting effective self-regulation. Sub-project leaders hold daily meetings to analyze and record issues identified during inspections, promptly providing feedback to the Quality Management Team for unified resolution, aiming to address problems as soon as they arise.
Production Self-Inspection
From raw material intake to production completion, Shanghai Bebon integrates quality control into every step of the process, strictly adhering to self-inspection and mutual inspection procedures during production. After production, equipment undergoes comprehensive testing in collaboration with the Quality Management Department.
-
Raw Material Purchase and Cutting
Shanghai Bebon screens all incoming raw materials, imposing stringent requirements on flanges, cylindrical components, and other materials based on relevant standards and regulations. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) is conducted through full or random inspections to prevent non-conforming materials from entering production. -
Machining
Machining is carried out strictly according to drawings and process requirements, ensuring compliance with dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances, and surface finish. Self-inspection and submission for inspection are mandatory before and after machining to avoid mass production of defective parts. Operators must verify the accuracy of their measuring tools with quality inspectors before starting work to prevent errors caused by tool inaccuracies. -
Assembly
During equipment fabrication, material alignment must conform to drawing specifications, avoiding arc strikes or deformation of raw materials. Weld seams must not exceed specified lengths, and surfaces must be cleaned of rust, slag, and other debris. Castings are deburred, trimmed, and cleaned, with critical components like bearings receiving special attention to ensure aesthetic appeal and address any defects through welding and grinding. -
Welding Inspection
Welded equipment components are inspected for porosity, surface slag inclusions, excessive spatter, and cracks. Welding dimensions must remain within drawing specifications, and the finished weld must be free from issues such as incomplete penetration, pits, cracks, unwelded areas, and lack of fusion. -
Shot Blasting Inspection
Equipment components are inspected according to GB8923-88 standards, ensuring a clean steel surface free from visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, and paint coatings, with a uniform metallic sheen. -
Paint Inspection
During painting, the spray gun must move steadily to ensure a smooth, clean paint surface, avoiding bubbles, cracking, peeling, sagging, and wrinkling.
Shipping Self-Inspection
Before shipment, Shanghai Bebon conducts a thorough self-inspection of the goods, including weight, specifications, performance, and quantity, based on the following criteria:
- Intactness of equipment packaging.
- Conformity of packed equipment models with technical agreements.
- Complete inventory of parts, components, spare parts, and tools according to the packing list.
- Presence and accuracy of nameplates, accessories, certificates of conformity, manuals, and other drawings.
- Inspection for severe collisions or paint peeling on equipment surfaces that may affect performance.
Upon passing inspection, Shanghai Bebon issues a compliant self-inspection report to reassure customers and facilitate acceptance.
Installation and Commissioning
During installation, Shanghai Bebon signs a project quality objective pre-control document with the project party, and the project party signs quality control agreements with each installation team班组 (team). An internal reward and penalty system is implemented to ensure project quality through economic incentives. During installation and commissioning, personnel meticulously prepare installation technical standards, inspection forms, and plans for each piece of equipment, using materials as specified in the drawings. After installation, the installation team conducts self-inspections, followed by re-inspections by quality inspectors and final verification by the owner, ensuring complete and well-preserved records and signatures.
Quality Assurance
Shanghai Bebon provides warranty services for its products. In case of installation defects, repair personnel can be dispatched. Additionally, Shanghai Bebon maintains a dedicated online customer service team and an after-sales service department, capable of promptly responding to on-site equipment failure inquiries and dispatching technical service personnel to overseas locations when necessary.
Through the collective efforts of all Shanghai Bebon staff, the company continues to improve and innovate, providing customers with high-quality products and services!
