The toothed roller crusher (also known as the double-toothed roller crusher) is a mechanical device used for crushing medium- to low-hardness brittle materials, primarily applied in coal, mining, metallurgy,gravel yards, and coal preparation plants. Its core function is to generate shearing force through the opposing rotation of double-toothed or four-toothed rollers, splitting and crushing materials such as coal, coke, and coal gangue. It features a high crushing ratio, uniform particle size, and low over-crushing rate.

Roller Crusher consists of roll wheel, roll bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and driving device etc.

The particles are drawn into the gap between the rolls by their rotating motion and a friction angle formed between the rolls and the particle, called the nip angle. The two rolls force the particle between their rotating surface into the ever smaller gap area, and it fractures from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rolls.

The roller crusher is composed of the crushing rollers, adjustment device, spring safety device, transmission device, and frame.
