This project, located in Inner Mongolia, aims to construct a high-standard sand and gravel aggregate production line with a daily output of 1800 tons (approximately 225-250 tons per hour). The core challenge of the project is to meet the demands of high-intensity, continuous production while ensuring that the particle shape and gradation of the finished aggregate meet high-end construction market standards.  It also requires ensuring the reliability and environmental performance of the production line under harsh operating conditions.

II. Intelligent and Efficient Production System Solution

To address these challenges, we have planned a modern fixed production line solution that integrates efficient crushing, intelligent screening, and environmentally friendly dust removal. Its core advantages lie in full-process automation control and excellent finished product quality.

1. Core Equipment Configuration:

Primary Crushing (Coarse Crushing): A large jaw crusher is used for powerful and stable primary crushing of the raw ore, providing uniform feed for subsequent processes.

Secondary Crushing (Medium and Fine Crushing): Single-cylinder or multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are configured for fine crushing of the material. This equipment operates on the principle of "laminated crushing," significantly increasing the proportion of cubic particles in the finished product, reducing flaky particles, and ensuring high strength and excellent particle shape of the aggregate.

Screening and Shaping: Equipped with multi-layer heavy-duty vibrating screens and vertical shaft impact crushers (sand making machines). The vibrating screens are responsible for precisely classifying the material into various specifications of finished products; the sand making machine performs "stone-on-stone" or "stone-on-iron" shaping and sand making on some of the material, which not only produces high-quality manufactured sand but also further optimizes the particle shape of the stone.

Auxiliary Systems: Integrated central control system, fully enclosed conveyor corridors, and high-efficiency pulse bag dust removal system to achieve intelligent production and dust-free operation.

2. Performance and Output:

Designed Capacity: Stable daily output of 1800 tons, with flexible adjustment of production pace.

Finished Product Specifications: Can simultaneously produce high-quality aggregates of various precise gradations, including 0-5mm (high-quality manufactured sand), 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 16-31.5mm. Core Advantages: High degree of automation throughout the entire process, effectively reducing labor costs and operational errors; the production line has excellent sealing and meets environmental standards; the produced aggregates are well-rounded with continuous gradation, resulting in strong market competitiveness.
