The mobile cone crusher uses an eccentric sleeve to drive the moving cone to rotate, causing the material to be repeatedly squeezed, ground, and bent between the moving and fixed cones, achieving lamination crushing. After the material is crushed to the set particle size, it is discharged from the bottom discharge port. Material that does not meet the size requirements is returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing (closed-loop system). The discharge port (CSS) can be automatically adjusted via a hydraulic system and features overload protection to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
