The natural minerals in this project include pyrite, quartz, calcite, and mica. The raw ore contains 4.70 g/t of gold, 4.63 g/t of silver, 20.10% iron, and 20.55% sulfur. The valuable element to be recovered is gold.
The grinding stage employs a two-stage closed-circuit grinding and classification process. The grinding product is screened through a de-sliming screen, and the undersize material flows by gravity to a thickener for concentration;
The thickener underflow is pumped to the leaching operation. After leaching, adsorption, and carbon recovery, a gold-bearing carbon product is obtained and transported to the existing gold refinery for processing;
The leaching tailings are dewatered using a filter press, and the recovered water is recycled. The dry tailings are transported to the tailings pond for storage.
