The graphite beneficiation process is generally divided into crushing, grinding, separation, and intermediate processing. The specific beneficiation process should be determined according to the specific type of graphite.
The main graphite beneficiation equipment includes crushing equipment, grinding equipment, separation equipment, dewatering equipment, and classification equipment. Due to the use of different equipment at different process stages, the combination of graphite beneficiation equipment is diverse.

Crushing stage: Jaw crushers can be used for coarse crushing of crystalline and cryptocrystalline graphite ores. Cone crushers and hammer crushers are used for medium and fine graphite crushing.
Grinding stage: Ball mills and rod mills can be selected as graphite grinding equipment.
Separation stage: Flotation can be performed using JJF and XCF flotation machines.
Dewatering stage: Diaphragm filter presses, centrifugal dewatering machines, and dryers can be used to dewater graphite ore.
Classification stage: High-frequency screens are commonly used to classify and grade graphite products, while flat vibrating screens and rotary screens are rarely used. Among these, square screens are commonly used screening equipment for classifying graphite products in mineral processing.
