The electro-vibrating feeder is mainly composed of two parts: the chute and the electromagnetic vibrator. It is a double-mass point oriented forced vibration elastic system, under a low critical resonance state. The electromagnetic exciter drives the trough body to make reciprocating vibration at a certain angle, so that the material moves along the chute.
The main structure of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder consists of a feed trough and an electromagnetic exciter. Compared with the traditional motor-driven vibrating feeder, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder has a simpler design and fewer moving parts. It drives the vibration of the feed trough through the magnetic pulse provided by the electromagnet, rather than relying on direct drive from the motor.
